These signals are designed to help users think more critically about AI-generated answers. They do not guarantee truth, accuracy, completeness, neutrality, or suitability for any specific purpose.

Trust Score limitations
AskVerum Trust Score™ (VTS-2.4) is verification-led: Verification Core version 2 (VC2) claim checks are the primary input, with model triangulation, measurement quality, and swarm coverage as supporting signals. VBE perspective coverage is shown separately; it does not reduce the headline except on critical safety hard-fail. A high score means the investigation met our verification and governance thresholds at evaluation time; it does not mean the answer is factually correct.
What verification covers
AskVerum Verification Core version 2 (VC2) extracts checkable claims from the investigation and tests them against retrieved sources. Interpretive framing, opinions, and sentences that cannot be tied to a verifiable claim are not individually verified. The Trust Score still reflects overall governance signals (triangulation, measurement quality, coverage) for the full run.
Run-to-run variance
Each investigation is a fresh run across third-party AI models. Model prose and triangulation signals can vary between runs, so the Trust Score and narrative are stable for this run only — not guaranteed to repeat if you submit the same question again.
Bias Evaluation limitations
AskVerum Bias Evaluation reflects detected framing and perspective coverage signals across the response set. It does not mean the answer is free from all bias or that missing perspectives have been identified.
AskVerum Certified
AskVerum Certified™ is shown only when Broadly Unbiased bias thresholds are met and the headline Trust Score is in the High confidence tier (90+) at evaluation time. It is an internal quality signal — not third-party certification, legal approval, or a guarantee of factual accuracy.
Agriculture and institutional domains
When you investigate agriculture-related questions (including supplier claims, trial transferability, scheme narratives, or sustainability pitches), AskVerum provides structured evidence review and uncertainty mapping only. It does not provide farm-management prescriptions, planting or input schedules, guaranteed yield outcomes, certified sustainability audits, or procurement approval.
AskVerum is intended to help teams, cooperatives, and reviewers stress-test claims before committing — for example by surfacing what is supported, contested, or non-transferable across regions. You remain responsible for field verification through qualified agronomists, extension services, and applicable regulators.
Healthcare and medical-related queries
When you investigate healthcare-related questions (including treatment evidence, trial transferability, AYUSH vs allopathic claims, or hospital protocol adoption), AskVerum evaluates evidence quality, contradictions, and population applicability only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, prescription, dosing, or emergency care instructions.
AskVerum is not a licensed clinician, hospital, or CDSCO marketing approver. Western trial evidence may not transfer to Indian patient populations without additional validation — outputs must be verified with qualified medical professionals and applicable guidelines (e.g. ICMR themes). In an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.
Technology and AI assurance queries
When you investigate technology-related questions (including AI capability claims, benchmark scores, model governance, defensive cyber posture, or India digital infrastructure dependency), AskVerum evaluates evidence quality, contradictions, and assumption fragility only. It does not provide penetration testing, exploit guidance, malware instructions, or vendor or cloud certification.
AskVerum is not a CERT-In empanelled auditor, NPCI operator, or SOC 2 / ISO certifier. Benchmark leaderboard scores are claims — not proof of production reliability or safety. Verify material infrastructure and security decisions with qualified professionals and primary sources.
Finance and investment-related queries
When you investigate finance-related questions (including investment theses, valuation assumptions, earnings narratives, or macro-sensitive claims), AskVerum evaluates reasoning quality, assumptions, contradictions, and evidence strength only. It does not provide investment advice, buy or sell recommendations, price targets, portfolio allocation guidance, or predictions of market outcomes.
