On an annual contract, each renewal is a fresh contract (credits and fees may change). A 2-year term pre-commits year 2 at the same recurring rate shown.
Indicative enterprise economics
Dedicated regional cells use an indicative credit rate of about ₹80,000 per 100,000 credits / year, plus one-time integration and optional SSO. Configure the form — the live quote fills in here. Contracts are custom; see Pricing for self-serve tiers.
Teams (v1): credit budget, investigation visibility, and location context — not in-product chat. Slack, Microsoft Teams, and similar connectors are on demand; notifications today are email only.
Credit hierarchy: org pool → SPOC → team lead → member. Mid-month reallocation applies to unspent balances only. Team leads approve credit requests; members cannot self-approve.
Investigations: shared views are read-only; any edit or fork starts a fresh query and debits new credits.
